Welcome to W2W (What2Wear) mobile application. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use W2W. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

W2W maintains a strict zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive community for all users.
Any user who violates our content policy will face immediate action, including:

W2W provides tools for users to report inappropriate content and abusive users:
Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action. We prioritize user safety and respond swiftly to remove harmful content and suspend violating accounts.
Users who repeatedly violate our content policy will be permanently banned from W2W. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who has previously been removed for policy violations.
By using W2W, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all content you upload and share. You agree to use the platform responsibly and contribute to a positive community environment.
By uploading images, creating outfits, or sharing content on W2W, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely to provide app functionality, including displaying your public outfits to other users.
You retain ownership of your content. You may delete your content at any time from your account settings.
You represent that you have the right to upload all content you share and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
By uploading images to W2W, you agree that your images may be processed by AI technologies, including Google Gemini API, solely to provide styling recommendations and virtual try-on features.
Virtual Try-On: If you choose to use the AI virtual try-on feature, you must upload a selfie or full-body photo. This feature is optional.
We do not sell your images or use them for advertising purposes. You can delete uploaded images at any time.
W2W integrates third-party services to provide functionality:
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Some features require payment through in-app purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat.
By making a purchase, you agree to the store's payment terms. All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not store your payment information.
Refunds: All sales are final unless required by applicable law. For subscription issues, contact Apple or Google support.
Subscription Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes all personal data and uploaded images unless retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

All content, features, and technology within W2W, including AI algorithms, app design, logos, and branding, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute app content without our prior written consent.
W2W is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional styling advice. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of W2W. This includes loss of data, images, or profits.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app. Continued use of W2W after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
